We eliminate the middlemen—there are no retailer cuts or online store commissions. Additionally, we currently do not have a marketing budget, which can sometimes inflate product prices by 20-30%
We source our leather and manufacturing services directly from carefully selected tanneries and factories in Karachi, Pakistan. Pakistan is renowned for its top-notch leather quality and cost-effective labor, among other advantages. These factors significantly reduce costs for consumers without compromising the quality of our products.
I can confirm that certain high-fashion retailers sell jackets for approximately $1200, despite costing the same at the factory as our jackets
We use a variety of leather types in our collection, including sheep and cow suede.
Items marked as ‘faux’ are not made from real leather. We are dedicated to exploring new and innovative alternatives to real leather.
We are exclusively available online. Unfortunately, we no longer operate a physical retail shop, and our warehouse is not accessible to the public.
After we receive your return, our team carefully inspects the item to ensure it meets our quality standards. Once approved, you should expect to receive your refund within a reasonable timeframe. Typically, refunds are processed within three to four weeks from when you ship the return package back to us. However, we often expedite this process to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible
When you make a purchase on clofitters.com, we collect your delivery address, email address, and name. All payments are handled through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, GPay, Shop Pay), so we do not store any card details on our server. You will receive an invoice with your billing and delivery addresses, along with a summary of the items purchased. We do not maintain an external printed copy of this invoice.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will promptly arrange for a free return. To initiate a return, visit our Contact page where you can reach out to us via WhatsApp or email. Our dedicated customer service team will guide you through the return process. We understand that each return is unique, and we are committed to resolving any issues swiftly and efficiently.
You can view the size chart for each product on its specific product page. Look for the option to view the size chart located above the ‘Add to Cart’ button. This is visible on both desktop and mobile platforms.
While other leather jacket companies offer high-quality, custom-made products, their prices are typically two to three times higher than ours. These companies often source materials and manufacture their jackets in their home country, which adds significantly to the product cost. At Clofitters, we source our leather and manufacturing services from Pakistan.
